One of the projects we are currently working on is the renovation of the Moxy Patra Marina hotel. We have undertaken a range of electrical works, such as: low and high voltage electrical installations, supply and installation of electrical panels, network systems, lighting, sockets – switches, KNX and more.
Moxy Patra Marina, the new hotel that will operate on Iroon Polytechniou & Kypros Street in Patras, directly opposite the city’s marina, is expected to open in April.
This hotel will operate in the building of the former “Moreas” hotel. It is a building that resembled a tower and operated from 1974 until the mid-1980s. It was then abandoned and, until recently, had become a “ghost” building, occasionally used as accommodation by immigrants and homeless people. In December 2016, PANGAIA REIC (Real Estate Investment Company) announced that it had purchased the building with the aim of renovating it and reopening it as a hotel, and in July 2017, it announced that it had signed a cooperation agreement with the large American group Marriott, specifically the Moxy brand.
